On Feedback

I found myself watching the Chanel episode of 7 Days Out on Netflix this week.

It’s really quite amazing. The complexity of the production involved in the show is one thing, but more impressive is the level of technical expertise that goes into producing the collection itself. At one point the clothes are presented to Karl Lagerfeld.

The way he manages his team is incredible. Feedback is quick. Precise. There is no room for misinterpretation. During this, the show cuts away to Karl giving his view on how people should give feedback. It’s incredibly refreshing. One wishes more feedback was like this.
